Legal Information
For the purposes of Article 10.1 of Law 34/2002 of July 11, on information society services and electronic mail, it is hereby stated that the service provider for the Casa Rural Superior CASA VESTA establishment is HUERTA SANTA ZITA SLU, with its registered office in Seville, C/ Porvenir 7, ZIP Code 41013, with Tax ID Number (CIF) B-21369889, registered in the Seville Commercial Registry, Volume 5502, Book 0, on folio 130, Section 8, page SE-928443. Contracts
For the purposes of Article 27(a) of the LSSI, orders placed via www.casa-vesta.com or directly using Casa Vesta’s contact information shall be processed as follows:
Step 1/ Select your dates of stay.
Step 2/ Choose the room type, number of rooms, and number of guests.
Step 3/ Enter your personal information for the reservation in the form provided for this purpose, or provide it by phone or email. If applicable, submit the reservation request to Huerta Santa Zita SLU using that form.
Step 4/ Send the customer confirmation of price and availability, and request the customer’s credit card information and acceptance of the booking terms and conditions. Verify the booking details.
Step 5/ Once the credit card information has been received and the customer has accepted the terms and conditions, finalize the reservation.
Step 6/ Send a reservation confirmation email with the reservation details.
HUERTA SANTA ZITA SLU will generate a comprehensive electronic document confirming the reservation for its records, providing the customer with access to and full knowledge of this document by sending an email containing its contents upon completion of the reservation process.
After the reservation has been confirmed, the customer is asked to review its details to identify any possible errors in the information entered; to have these corrected, please call the phone number provided or send an email to recepcion@casa-vesta.com, including the reservation details.
Our booking process is available in the following languages: Spanish, English, and German.
To change the language, use the language drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of any page on www.casa-vesta.com.
Depending on the specific terms of the rates applied to the reservation, payment may be made (i) in full or in part in advance at the time the reservation is made, (ii) when the guest checks in at the hotel and physically enters the room, or (iii) when the guest checks out of the room. Payments may be made by credit card accepted by the establishment and/or in cash using currency that is legal tender in Spain.
Please be advised that, in accordance with the provisions of Article 93.2.b) of the LGDCyU, the legal regulations regarding the right of withdrawal do not apply to reservations made through www.casa-vesta.com; in all cases, the specific terms and conditions of the offer regarding cancellations shall apply. To exercise this right, you must contact our establishment directly using the phone number, mailing address, or email address provided in the booking confirmation message, providing the booking identification details.
Personal Data Protection
HUERTA SANTA ZITA SLU, the company that owns the Casa Rural Superior CASA VESTA (hereinafter HUERTA SANTA ZITA), undertakes to comply with current legislation regarding automated data processing and, in particular, Organic Law 15/99 on the Protection of Personal Data of December 13 (hereinafter LPD). Through the following privacy policy, HUERTA SANTA ZITA informs its customers of the following:
HUERTA SANTA ZITA, for the purpose of providing the services offered through www.casa-vesta.com, as well as offering personalized products and services, improving the business relationship, and managing requests made by our customers, will process its customers’ personal data automatically and for the purposes specified below.
HUERTA SANTA ZITA guarantees that it is fully responsible for these files and that they are duly declared and registered with the General Registry of the Data Protection Agency, whose database can be consulted on the following website: www.agpd.es

a.1.) Customer Registration Forms
By completing the reservation request, each customer agrees and authorizes HUERTA SANTA ZITA to use and process the personal data provided and generated during the reservation process for purposes related to the service, as well as to offer personalized products and services and improve our business relationship with our customers. In this regard, HUERTA SANTA ZITA informs you that, to ensure the proper functioning of its marketing policy, your personal data will be processed by HUERTA SANTA ZITA, and you hereby authorize such processing for the purposes mentioned above. For this reason, and in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data (LPD), a personal data file has been created containing the information necessary for the operation of CASA VESTA’s marketing program. HUERTA SANTA ZITA guarantees that appropriate measures will be taken to ensure the confidential processing of such data. If you do not agree to the processing of your personal data, you may contact HUERTA SANTA ZITA SLU in writing. a.2.) Online Reservations
By completing the Online Reservations form, each account holder agrees and authorizes HUERTA SANTA ZITA SLU to use and process the personal data provided automatically for the purpose of processing the requested reservation, offering personalized products and services, and improving the business relationship with customers of the CASA VESTA establishment, for the purposes detailed above.
Privacy and Security
Confidentiality
HUERTA SANTA ZITA will not disclose your personal data to any third party other than those specified in the preceding sections.
HUERTA SANTA ZITA guarantees that it will treat your personal data confidentially and that the server on which the data will be stored and processed complies with the security measures established in Spanish data protection regulations.
Industrial and Intellectual Property
“All content included on this website, including but not limited to: articles, texts, designs, photographs, images, logos, videos, audio files, databases, software, and the website as a whole—is the property of HUERTA SANTA ZITA SLU in its capacity as the domain owner or as an entity authorized to use it by virtue of a license granted by third parties; therefore, its use without express prior authorization is prohibited.
The trademarks, trade names, logos, and any other distinctive signs found on the website are the property of HUERTA SANTA ZITA SLU, or this entity holds the corresponding license to use them on the website.
Any use and/or exploitation requires prior authorization from HUERTA SANTA ZITA SLU, which may be requested via our email address recepcion@casa-vesta.com, subject to the user’s prior acceptance of the terms of use. In the absence of express authorization and without prejudice to the foregoing, the user is prohibited from reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating, or modifying the content and/or trademarks for commercial or profit-making purposes.
